Can I calculate gross-to-net or net-to-gross?

Why is the total employer cost so much higher than the net salary?

Because total cost adds the employer's SSI share (about 20.5%) and the employer unemployment premium (2%) on top of the employee's net pay. As a result, what the employer pays is noticeably more than what the employee receives.

How is the 2025 treasury support reflected in the result?

When you enable the 5-point SSI employer premium discount (treasury incentive), the employer premium is reduced and the total cost is shown with the saving applied. You should verify your eligibility for the incentive (debt status, declarations) for your own case.

Can I calculate several employees at once?

Yes. Add each employee as a separate row in the multi-employee table, enter different salaries, and view the team's combined monthly and annual labor cost on a single screen.

What is the difference between the SSI employee share and the employer share?

The employee share (about 14% SSI + 1% unemployment) is deducted from the employee's gross before reaching net pay. The employer share is an additional cost added on top of the gross; it is not deducted from the employee and is paid directly by the employer.

Are minimum wage exemptions and income tax brackets included?

The tool produces an estimate that accounts for the current minimum wage and the income and stamp tax exemptions. For higher salaries the income tax bracket can change during the year, so the results are a monthly average estimate.

Can I use these figures directly on payroll or official filings?

The results are estimates for planning and budgeting; incentive conditions, tax bracket transitions, and special cases may not be fully reflected. For official payroll and SSI filings, consult your accountant or financial advisor.
