Does choosing a platform fill in the commission automatically?

Yes. Picking a platform preloads a default commission: Trendyol 15%, Hepsiburada 14%, Amazon TR 12%, N11 13%, GittiGidiyor 11%, Getir 25%, Own Site 2.5%. If your actual contract rate differs, just edit the Commission field manually.

Is commission taken on the VAT-inclusive or the ex-VAT price?

The tool applies commission to the ex-VAT (net base) amount. Some marketplaces deduct commission from the VAT-inclusive total instead, so adjust the Commission percentage to match your contract's method for the most accurate result.

Which inputs do I need to fill in?

For each product you enter the sale price (VAT included), product cost, shipping, ad cost per unit, platform, commission %, VAT rate (1%/10%/20%), and monthly units sold. These drive net profit, profit margin, and monthly profit.

Can I analyze several products at once?

Yes. Use '+ Add Product' to add as many product cards as you like and the ✕ button to remove any. The summary panel at the top totals monthly revenue, monthly net profit, and overall margin across all products.

What does the cost breakdown bar show?

The colored bar shows what share of the ex-VAT price goes to product cost, commission, shipping, ads, and profit. If profit is negative, both the bar and the card turn red, signaling that the product is losing money.

What should I put in the Ad Cost/Unit field?

Enter the average advertising spend (e.g. Trendyol ads, Google/Meta) attributable to selling one unit. Divide your total monthly ad budget by the units you expect that product to sell to get the per-unit cost.

Are the profit figures exact, and can I set my prices based on them?

Results are an estimate based on the values you enter and are for guidance only, not a substitute for formal accounting; they exclude VAT offsetting, withholding, return/loss rates, and fixed overhead. For final pricing and tax decisions, consult a financial advisor and current regulations.
